This was our third time staying at Islands Club and, probably, about the fifteenth time we've visited Grand Cayman. We've stayed at many properties and several beach condos and the Islands Club is our hands down favorite. The units are very nice and roomy. The two ladies managing the property, Monica and Kasha, are so kind, attentive and welcoming. And the beach is the greatest. So private and quite. Very well kept and manicured by the friendly grounds staff. The separate work out facility is very handy also. We'll be back next year.

It's an older property that is kept clean and fresh. Special shout-out to the amazing Miss Angela who handles all logistics, and to the wonderful Miss Martha, a fabulous housekeeper.

two couples, friends for 50 years have gone to the Caymans 10 years in a row; 8 to the Island Club. Reaslyy like the quiet, wonderful beach and comfort of theunits. Yes I know there are nicer and fancier, but we are there for r&r and this is the perfect place.

We had a lovely time. The Unit is very well equipped and has a fantastic layout. The outside patio area is very large. Monica and her staff were very accommodating and responsive, especially when the hot water heater went out. My only mild complaint is that the room housekeeping was so late every day (After 3 pm?)

We truly enjoyed our stay in Unit 2....bottom floor, walk right onto the beach, completely outfitted, just bring your bathing suit and enjoy! Beach is perfect, raked every morning, soft sand, clear water, saw turtles, nice chaise lounges , tree cover, it's just perfect. It is an older unit but it is in very good condition, beds great etc. Management was very nice too :) Daily cleaning is included too.

This condo was neat and clean! We had everything we needed and more. The convenience of walking straight from the condo into the sand was perfect. It is located at a prime location on SMB that’s a bigger beach and a lot more quiets than the resort areas. Having the trees was nice too! It’s nice to have the option of both shade and sun! Would 100% come back.

A perfect location with the most wonderful staff. Angela, Fern, Barbara, Mr Wilton, and Monica could not be friendlier or more helpful. Condo #2 is comfortable and has everything you need for a beach vacation, including a washer and dryer. It is right on the beach, and there are big trees to sit under when you want shade. The Islands Club has been the go-to vacation spot for ourselves, our kids, and our grandkids since 2006. We’ve already booked for next year!

The 2 bedroom condo at Island Club, was a perfect fit for family of 3. 2 lovely bedrooms , 2 baths, dining, living area and kitchen well maintained. Just step out the patio doors and you will be directly on the beach, with large shade trees and lounge chairs. Location on the beach is central to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Definitely will return to Island Club!

We spent Spring Break with our family of 5 in condo #2. Everything was great from check-in to check-out! The walk out patio to the beach was our favorite part! So easy with younger kids who can play in the sand right outside your door! The Islands Club beach is the best part of this place! It’s very spacious for every guest and never once felt crowded, even during Spring Break! If you walk along 7 mile beach you will soon realize how big and amazing the beach is right in front of The Islands Club! The condo is fully equipped for cooking and has everything you need! This was one of the most relaxing trips we’ve taken thanks to the ease of everything! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a multi generational trip in Unit 2. The location is fantastic, and we were blown away by the turquoise water view when we first entered the unit. It is so convenient to have easy beach access, and we enjoyed sitting on the unit patio as well as the beach chairs. The beach is incredibly deep and peaceful at this location and we loved the dappled shade during the heat of the day. We also enjoyed some decent snorkeling right out front including turtles, sting rays and a barracuda. The unit itself is well equipped with just about everything you could need for comfort and cooking including a blender, toaster oven and coffee machine. The only upgrades that could be considered are a new washing machine and new King bed in the main bedroom - the mattress has seen better days. We walked up and down the beach and never saw anywhere we would rather be staying and hope to visit again one day.

We normally stay at a hotel when we come to Cayman but we decided to rent a condo this time. The condo was super clean and the view was amazing!!! The staff could not be any nicer or accommodating. I highly recommend staying here! We will be back next year!

The location and beach cannot be beaten! The condo was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. If I had to choose one thing to comment on, it would be that the sofas are probably the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat on, but we would still go back in a heartbeat!

The Islands Club - Two Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms en-suite, oceanfront ground floor all on the flat is condo 2. This amazing condo has been recently updated and has all the amenities one would ever need on vacation! Walk out your sliding glass doors to a covered patio, then onto the white powdery sand of our famous Seven Mile beach; what more can you ask for? Soak up the sun on one of our lounge chairs or go for a swim and cool off under the magnificent Casuarina trees. On our beach, there's never a shortage of chairs to lounge on, or trees to relax under. The master bedroom has a king size bed in addition to a day bed. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, each of the bedrooms have televisions for your viewing pleasure. Monica and her staff were very accommodating and responsive, especially when the hot water heater went out. My only mild complaint is that the room housekeeping was so late every day (After 3 pm?)

We truly enjoyed our stay in Unit 2....bottom floor, walk right onto the beach, completely outfitted, just bring your bathing suit and enjoy! Beach is perfect, raked every morning, soft sand, clear water, saw turtles, nice chaise lounges , tree cover, it's just perfect. It is an older unit but it is in very good condition, beds great etc. Management was very nice too :) Daily cleaning is included too.

We enjoyed a multi generational trip in Unit 2. The location is fantastic, and we were blown away by the turquoise water view when we first entered the unit. It is so convenient to have easy beach access, and we enjoyed sitting on the unit patio as well as the beach chairs. The beach is incredibly deep and peaceful at this location and we loved the dappled shade during the heat of the day. We also enjoyed some decent snorkeling right out front including turtles, sting rays and a barracuda. The unit itself is well equipped with just about everything you could need for comfort and cooking including a blender, toaster oven and coffee machine. The only upgrades that could be considered are a new washing machine and new King bed in the main bedroom - the mattress has seen better days. We walked up and down the beach and never saw anywhere we would rather be staying and hope to visit again one day.

We spent Spring Break with our family of 5 in condo #2. Everything was great from check-in to check-out! The walk out patio to the beach was our favorite part! So easy with younger kids who can play in the sand right outside your door! The Islands Club beach is the best part of this place! It’s very spacious for every guest and never once felt crowded, even during Spring Break! If you walk along 7 mile beach you will soon realize how big and amazing the beach is right in front of The Islands Club! The condo is fully equipped for cooking and has everything you need! We have been coming to Grand Cayman for over 20 years 12 of those years to the Islands Club always unit 2. The consistency of service remains impeccable, the grounds are lush and manicured weekly and yes the beach, the beach. Isn't that why we go. To relax, read and basically think about where our next meal will be for however long we stay. I will say the resturants on the Island have become more numerous and upscale thereby making our choices more delightful. May I suggest Lucas's two properties down from Island's Club towards The Westin went for a long lunch one day during the heat of the day. Another excellent restaurant The Brasserie for dinner and Brasserie Market for lunch the best. The Manager Mr. Bodden is the most helpful, congenial, trusting manager the Islands Club has ever had and I go back to the time of Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Patricia to name just a couple and now to the best the Condo association has ever had Mr.Bodden, he has never failed to be most accommodating in making your stay rememberable. We will continue to return as many times as we can. Keep up the good work. The one principle I try to live by is, never forget where you came from. I would absolutely recommend. But for very selfish reasions I really don't want to share this little piece of heaven I discovered 25 years ago. Having said that I'm the first to tell people on the beach while I'm there how wonderful it is and can't imagine why they would stay in a hotel. I did get you two new customers while I was there. One from Pennsylvania and the other from New Jersey.

We've stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay. It's a great location. The condo is very comfortable and the management always takes care of any minor problems we may encounter quickly. The location is close enough to walk to the grocery store and many restaurants. But the best part is the beautiful sandy beach and gorgeous water right outside our patio. And you can snorkel right off the beach and see lots of sea life. This year our best was seeing a spotted eagle ray; it was beautiful.

Gorgeous and spacious unit facing the ocean. Everything was perfect. The only fact that might be relevant to some about the trees is while they provide shade they also block a large portion of the view of the gorgeous beach and water, so we'd go down stairs to watch the sunset. Lovely home.

This unit is roomy for a big family and has everything you need to enjoy. Kitchen is beautiful with all supplies you need to cook. Beautiful beach right in front of your balcony, someday you’ll be able to catch a beautiful sunset right outside of your balcony. The resort is super clean, quite, safe, far enough from the crowd and close to groceries: Cost u less, Foster...and stores for your convenience. The only thing I would mention that this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, there are units on the main floor walk out to the beach but only fit smaller size families. If you don’t mind the climb then it’s perfect.

This unit is roomy for a big family and has everything you need to enjoy. Kitchen is beautiful with all supplies you need to cook. Beautiful beach right in front of your balcony, someday you’ll be able to catch a beautiful sunset right outside of your balcony. The resort is super clean, quite, safe, far enough from the crowd and close to groceries: Cost u less, Foster...and stores for your convenience. The only thing I would mention that this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, there are units on the main floor walk out to the beach but only fit smaller size families. If you don’t mind the climb then it’s perfect.

Gorgeous and spacious unit facing the ocean. Everything was perfect. The only fact that might be relevant to some about the trees is while they provide shade they also block a large portion of the view of the gorgeous beach and water, so we'd go down stairs to watch the sunset. Lovely home.

The accommodations were amazing. Walk out your door and your on the beach. Shade trees and unbelievable views of seven mile beach. This place is right in the middle of it all, I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to going back again.

We just returned from our stay at the Islands Club and we had a great time. The condo was nice and the staff was available any time to help with any questions! The location is great; within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. The beach is incredible; the water is calm and clear and the property has a wide sandy beach which is really nice! We have an amazing trip and definitely would recommend the Islands Club!

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay, up until the last day, when I asked if we might get a late checkout if the unit was not needed right away, the manager said that wouldn’t be a problem. I then asked if we could straighten out a billing matter. We had an extra person for 6 of our 7 nights, but were billed for 7 nights. When I asked the manager if a credit was possible she responded with “now your asking for 2 things!!!”, there was no consideration that the billing was incorrect and it was asked with polite kindness. The manager responded that since you want a late check-out we’ll just keep the difference...
It wasn’t a lot of money so I let it go, but it was confrontational and the manager presented herself with an aire of annoyance that I the customer was putting her out by asking for clarification of my bill. I was disappointed in the way this was addressed, but the location, units and service staff are quite nice - so would consider staying again.

My family had a wonderful week at The Island Club! The communication leading up to the stay was wonderful and questions we had were answered quickly. The unit was spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with tools. The grocery store is a walkable distance (be very careful crossing the roads!) and we were able to cook in the kitchen very comfortably. The staff at The Islands Club is so friendly. We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful space.

We had a fantastic week in Condo #8 at The Islands Club. The layout of this condo is great for families. We had 4 adults and 2 children but could have easily accommodated more. The condo is spacious, and we never felt like we were crowded, even in the kitchen.

The deck overlooking the beach and ocean is amazing. There is enough room for everyone, and it's shaded during the hot parts of the day. Sunsets from the deck are beautiful every night.

The beach is probably one of the best we've been to, and we've been to Mexico, Antigua, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Aruba, and the Grenadines. It's a deep beach, so the people walking the beach is never walking in front of you. It's also away from the more heavily populated hotels, which is what we were looking for.

The location of the condo is great, too. It's a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. I recommend bringing sturdy and easy to carry bags with so making the walk back is easy. I had a backpack with me to carry the heavy beverages. Restaurants are very easy to walk to along the beach and there are also many in Camana Bay by the grocery store.

Angela and Monica in the office were always available to assist. They had recommendations and helped to find an excursion for us. We enjoyed Captain Marvin's and visiting Sting Ray City, snorkeling in the Coral Garden, and visiting Star Fish Point. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic every day.

Regarding condo amenities, there are more than enough bedding and pillows. There is a regular coffee pot and Keurig for whatever you prefer. Pods are expensive at the grocery store ($1.25 each), so bring some pods if you want to save some money! The blender works great for mixed drinks and kid's smoothies. There is an electric grill on the deck that works great for hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.

Such a week of fun! We're already talking about coming back!

The beach is probably one of the best we've been to, and we've been to Mexico, Antigua, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Aruba, and the Grenadines. It's a deep beach, so the people walking the beach is never walking in front of you. It's also away from the more heavily populated hotels, which is what we were looking for.

The location of the condo is great, too. It's a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. I recommend bringing sturdy and easy to carry bags with so making the walk back is easy. I had a backpack with me to carry the heavy beverages. Restaurants are very easy to walk to along the beach and there are also many in Camana Bay by the grocery store.

Angela and Monica in the office were always available to assist. They had recommendations and helped to find an excursion for us. We enjoyed Captain Marvin's and visiting Sting Ray City, snorkeling in the Coral Garden, and visiting Star Fish Point. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic every day.

Regarding condo amenities, there are more than enough bedding and pillows. There is a regular coffee pot and Keurig for whatever you prefer. Pods are expensive at the grocery store ($1.25 each), so bring some pods if you want to save some money! The blender works great for mixed drinks and kid's smoothies. There is an electric grill on the deck that works great for hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.

Such a week of fun! We're already talking about coming back!

My family had a wonderful week at The Island Club! The communication leading up to the stay was wonderful and questions we had were answered quickly. The unit was spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with tools. The grocery store is a walkable distance (be very careful crossing the roads!) and we were able to cook in the kitchen very comfortably. The staff at The Islands Club is so friendly. We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful space.

My family spent about a week in this wonderful rental on a quiet section of 7 mile beach. This was our second time in this unit. Beautifully and fully equipped with a great terrace overlooking beach and ocean. Short walk to great restaurants- Luca, Blue Cilantro, Ragazzi and aqua. The folks who manage and work there are so nice and efficient and the best I have experienced. We will be back!!!

It truly is the best location. Grocery store and Restaurants are all in walking distance no need to rent a car. They have a great staff that is always very helpful. Condos are kept very clean with daily maid service. Very spacious Beach Front with lots of shade from the pine trees. We have stayed at many places on Seven Mile Beach and have decide to only stay at The Island Club. We have stayed there twice and are planning to go again next year.

Unit #8 is very well appointed. Excellent location and view of the beach. It does need a few odds and ends. Plastic containers for excess food storage, a knife sharpener, a wooden or plastic cutting board, and some better quality knives.One of the 2 aC units was not working properly and was a constant maintenance problem.

Great location. Loved the grill for cook outs. Giant shade trees are a plus. Unit well equipped for cooking and comfort. Grounds well kept. Loved that the unit had rafts for floating in ocean. Did not need daily maid service but they did a great job. We liked how lounge chairs did not have to be saved. Only bad point was the exercise equipment. Most dumbbells missing and universal weight machine awful.

My wife and I have traveled extensively but never for a month to one location. Our experience was so awesome that we have already booked the same unit for a month in 2015 and 2016. Our plane was delayed due to winter storms in the U.S. and Mr. Robert went out of his way to accommodate our late arrival. After a few days we knew this was our home away from home. To say we were spoiled would be an understatement. The location on 7 mile beach is ideal. We also enjoyed the close proximity to fine restaurants and shopping. The only thing we didn't like was coming home to a snow storm. Our 30 days in Paradise flew by much to quickly.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Islands Club #18. We have stayed at several different condos on GC over the years and this one had the best beach and location. The manager and staff were very friendly and attentive and the unit was in great condition with perfect access right onto the beach and close to grocery store, etc. The only thing missing was wine glasses. There was no scramble in the morning for beach chairs and there are trees for plenty of shade. The beach never felt crowded and it was very quiet on the property. We will definitely return next year!

We were a family of 11 and the 4 bedrooms with bath were perfect for us. The location was great - kids and adults loved the beach that is just a few seconds away and appreciated the many beach towels we could use. We spend a lot of time on the deck in comfortable outdoor furniture. Walking distance from key place to eat and shop. The unit was very clean and the front desk was helpful long before we arrived and equally so once we were there. I have only positive things to say and will return if we go back to Cayman!

The common space was larger than expected based on the photos, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and daily cleaning service was provided. Angela was particularly helpful in directing us to restaurants and shopping. Ample towels and linens, well stocked kitchen. The carpet and furniture are a little tired but perfectly functional. The blinds in one of the east facing bedrooms were broken and could not be replaced during our stay but one of the staff came up to show us how to use the hurricane shutters to block the early morning sun. Being on the beach with shade and chairs available was ideal, and everything was close: grocery, shopping, restaurants. We were happy to have a car because we did explore the island a bit but you could manage without one in this spot. Added bonus was having a gym and pickleball/tennis courts (with equipment available so you don't need to pack) on property as well as a book lending library. The best snorkeling spot we found all week was just off our beach and you won't find it on any list of spots to visit. Overall a fantastic choice and we would absolutely rent here again!

We had a great week with family. The beach was perfect for our grandsons to play in and out of the water. Location was close to restaurants and 15 minute walk to groceries and shopping. Condo was well equipped and living area was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. Snorkeling is good off the beach. Since we had young children with us, we did fewer outside excursions. The turtle farm was great for kids. Some did a snorkel trip to stingray city etc.

We were a family of 11 and the 4 bedrooms with bath were perfect for us. The location was great - kids and adults loved the beach that is just a few seconds away and appreciated the many beach towels we could use. We spend a lot of time on the deck in comfortable outdoor furniture. Walking distance from key place to eat and shop. The unit was very clean and the front desk was helpful long before we arrived and equally so once we were there. I have only positive things to say and will return if we go back to Cayman!

My family and I rented one of the top floor units at The Island Club last year. I have to say that, from start to finish, this was an extrememly fantastic experience!Robert was very accomodating with our reservation, upgrading our originally chosen unit from a 3 bdrm, to a 4 bdrm, at no extra charge! This was done because a huge family that had been going to the Club for years and years (I think when we met some of the family,they mention 26 (!)to us, needed oour originally booked unit in order to stay together. So in one shot, he made them happy, and us happy as well!We were also able to have food stocked for our arrival, so our very first thought was "Let's hit the water!" The grocery store was only a block away, so it was easy to make a quick run after a few days, so we had plenty of time for sun, surf, and sand!Total fun and relaxation!We have since decided that we will now alternate our yearly "sun" vacations between Maui (where we had already bought a place)and our new fave spot... The Island Club, Grand Cayman.

We stayed at the Islands Club with our family for a week in December 2009. This was our fourth trip to Grand Cayman. The Islands Club is our preferred accommodation. The beach is one of the best on Seven Mile Beach, and has an abundance of shade and sun.The service was excellent, and the property was very clean. We used the tennis court, which we found to be well kept. The exercise equipment needs updating.Unit 13 was well laid out, with modern kitchen and bathrooms. We would highly recommend this property.

Before Hurricane Ivan (Sept 2004), our family (husband, 2 sons, a friend and I) stayed on Grand Cayman's 7 Mile Beach for several years during the Dec/Jan week. Then the condo that we rented "disappeared" (Beachcomber used to be a quiet 2 story complex and is now a luxury, 6 story 36 unit complex)So I prowled the web for another complex nearby (close to Fosters supermarket, restaurants, the public bus to take us to Cemetery Beach for snorkeling or George Town Cheeseburger Reef & Smith Cove snorkeling (though we rent a car) and the best beach in the world) and found Islands Club. What I particularly liked was it did not have a pool nor elevators. It is like Grand Cayman of the 1960 or 70s, not like Miami Beach or Acapulco, lined with high rise hotels. We found condo 13 was so much more than promised by the photos on the Island Clubs website. The grounds of the Islands Club are impeccably maintained. I watch the man rake the sand of the beach in the front of the complex each morning as I sat on the porch with my coffee. There are hibiscus and bougainvillea and other plants that I do not know the names of but enjoy their purple and yellow blossoms all over the property. The condo has everything even a gourmet chef could possible want - more pots, pans, dishes, appliances, utensils than I have in my kitchen at home. We like to do one evening of Chicken Chicken takeout because the view from the condo's huge porch is as good or better than any restaurant in Grand Cayman!The cleaning crew does a fine job each day (except Sunday, Christmas and Boxing Day, the day after Christmas). Beds are made, sand sweeps away and bountiful clean towels for showering and the beach left each day. Fancy soaps and shampoo are provided. Robert and Jamie staff the office most of the time and have answers for any questions I had, giving us more excellent info than we asked for. Im tempted not post this rave review so to keep the Islands Club my private get-away.

We love the Islands Club! Plan on coming back next year. We love the complex but will not stay in-unit again. The furniture is dated and stinks, the master bed needs new box springs, shower faucets need replacing and the unit smells musty.

We had a great stay at The Islands Club #10. The beach was great so quiet & always had chairs. Condo had everything we needed the thing I would suggest is another skillet. We cooked alot at the condo & there was only a smalll skillet. For those that don’t eat in, no biggie. Ms. Angela was amazing & so welcoming! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This was our second time back and we have already booked for next year. I can’t say enough about this location it’s within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants. It’s got best location on 7 mile beach nice shade trees, we Loved unit 10 with the straight walk out back to beach also having grill on patio was a plus, the two king beds is great for two couples. This was a relaxing, easy vacation. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a super grocery store nearby. Our family loved your place and will be back again. The people there are so nice! Armando, hope I have that spelling correct, head of maintenance, has to get a shout out as well. The location and setting of the condos are perfectly situated far enough from the big box hotels. Our unit had a walk out porch directly onto the beach which was unreal. Condo #10 is a Ground floor Beachfront Townhouse that sleeps 4 persons. With 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms this immaculate condo opens up to a large patio right on our World Famous Seven Mile Beach. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better….. walk out and experience digging your toes in the pristine white sand and swimming in the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, a rare find….. This lovely ground floor townhouse has recently been updated. The lower level consists of living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The upper level consists of an ocean view master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath. The balcony off the master bedroom offers magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and Seven Mile Beach; or sit out and enjoy your morning coffee freshly brewed in the keurig. The guest bedroom comes furnished with another king size bed, en-suite bath and overlooks the magnificent gardens of our property. This is a wonderful condo right on the best section of 7 Mile Beach. The management and staff were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in paradise. There are “swankier’ options in the Caymans but nothing beats the value of the Island Club. It’s all about the beach and hanging out! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at The Islands Club #10. The beach was great so quiet & always had chairs. Condo had everything we needed the thing I would suggest is another skillet. We cooked alot at the condo & there was only a smalll skillet. For those that don’t eat in, no biggie. Ms. Angela was amazing & so welcoming! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We love The Islands Club. We have been coming here for over 40 years. It is located right in the middle of 7 mile beach — one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Monica & Angela take care of every visitor so well. The cleaning staff is amazing too. Unit #10 was just perfect for us. It is a dream vacation spot. It is a fantastic spot to renew and relax. Very helpful with information and always a smile on her face! Thanks to Barbara (who was so kind) for keeping the condo fresh with daily housekeeping. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants. Our family loved your place and will be back again. The people there are so nice! Armando, hope I have that spelling correct, head of maintenance, has to get a shout out as well. The location and setting of the condos are perfectly situated far enough from the big box hotels. Our unit had a walk out porch directly onto the beach which was unreal. This was a relaxing, easy vacation. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a super grocery store nearby. Seven mile beach was beautiful, uncrowded, and we could always find a beach chair. We went swimming in the ocean every day and watch breathtaking sunsets on the beach at night.

This was our second time back and we have already booked for next year. I can’t say enough about this location it’s within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants. It’s got best location on 7 mile beach nice shade trees, we Loved unit 10 with the straight walk out back to beach also having grill on patio was a plus, the two king beds is great for two couples. The staff is wonderful and very helpful I’m looking forward to our 3rd year of returning.

Our unit (#10) was as advertised, very clean, new kitchen, and 30 yards from the water. Check in was easy, the grocery store really was within walking distance, as were a number of great restaurants. Decor in the unit was kitsch/beachy, but this seems to be the way it is wherever we rent anywhere on a beach.

Our stay in Island Club unit#10 was so great!. We were traveling with our children (11&9), and we loved the 2-story ground level villa with direct access to the beach. The villa has a little patio before you put your feet on the beach sand where we had breakfast every morning (paradise). My children played in the most beautiful beach (amazing clear tranquil waters) all day long. The villa is also located by a watersport center where we enjoyed banana rides and arranged sting ray city visit and snorkeling activities. The staff is incredibly attentive. They keep the villa spotless, fully equipped and with nice toiletries and books to read!. Also, we arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed), so the manager called me a few days in advanced to pre-purchase basics food items for us. Btw, the supermarket is literally 2 blocks away. Rent a car though, so you can experience the island fully and to go Rum Point on your own. Great fun.The only reason I give comfort 4-stars is because the pillows are rather uncomfortable... but that is the only thing that was not excellent.. not bad eh?

This is our second stay at The Island Club. Everything about it is ideal - the location can’t be beat. We loved being able to walk to Tillie’s everyday for our morning coffee, and you are just a short walk to many great restaurants. The unit was well furnished about very clean. Fabulous office staff, cleaning team and maintenance crew. We were very satisfied with the unit and amenities. Unfortunately the BBQ was not working properly so we were not able to use for outdoor cooking, which was quite disappointing. Maintenance attempted to fix and clean but essentially the BBQ needs to be replaced.

We always enjoy staying at Islands Club. The staff & management are top not and professional. This time was no exception. We love the property maintains it’s s old fashioned Cayman appeal while units are continually updated and modern. Our unit was newly updated and comfortable. Still getting some kinks out with the sink fixtures being loose and simple things like no bottle opener. Location is the best in our opinion. Hope they can hold out on CHANGE overcoming island until our next visit which will be sooner than later.

This whole property is very well-maintained and the unit itself was beautifully decorated! We never had to worry about having a spot or a chair on the beach-we had so much space and the chairs were available to pull out to any space we wanted. The casuarina trees in front of the property were beautiful and provided shade on the beach if we started to feel like we had too much sun! Everyone working here was also very friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here if coming to Grand Cayman!

We just loved everything about the condo: turtles figurines, the bedrooms, all kitchen appliances and etc.! This unit is interior corner location with fantastic access to 7 Mile Beach, stunning views, very clean and updated. Every morning was coffee on the patio with open access/view to the ocean.
Ashley in the office was great to work with from the start of the booking process to the moment we arrived and then ultimately our departure.
Close to several wonderful restaurants, walking distance to liquor store and easy walk (10 min) to grocery store (or quick cab).

This was our 5th tri[p with two couples to the Island club. We look forward to a lazy, quiet week of reading and floating in the ocean. We've gotten to know several of the other guests that stay in the same units every year(most for weeks and months) which makes this place feel even more like "home". Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better….. walk out and experience digging your toes in the pristine white sand and swimming in the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, a rare find….. This lovely ground floor townhouse has recently been updated. The lower level consists of living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The upper level consists of an ocean view master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath. The large balcony off the master bedroom offers magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and Seven Mile Beach; or sit out and enjoy your morning coffee freshly brewed in the keurig. This is our second stay at The Island Club. Everything about it is ideal - the location can’t be beat. We loved being able to walk to Tillie’s everyday for our morning coffee, and you are just a short walk to many great restaurants. The unit was well furnished about very clean. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous office staff, cleaning team and maintenance crew. We were very satisfied with the unit and amenities. Unfortunately the BBQ was not working properly so we were not able to use for outdoor cooking, which was quite disappointing. Maintenance attempted to fix and clean but essentially the BBQ needs to be replaced.

We always enjoy staying at Islands Club. The staff & management are top not and professional. This time was no exception. We love the property maintains it’s s old fashioned Cayman appeal while units are continually updated and modern. Our unit was newly updated and comfortable. Still getting some kinks out with the sink fixtures being loose and simple things like no bottle opener. Location is the best in our opinion. Hope they can hold out on CHANGE overcoming island until our next visit which will be sooner than later.

This was our second stay at the Islands Club #19 and it was as fantastic as last year. This has to be one of the best kept secrets on the island as the the natural shade from the trees provide an ideal beach experience.

Not to be overshadowed by trees; the manager, Angela, is always a delight and the most helpful and attentive person you can meet. You won’t be disappointed!

We just loved everything about the condo: turtles figurines, the bedrooms, all kitchen appliances and etc.! The two balconies are a huge bonus and being on the first floor and waking up to an ocean view was just perfect! Having washer and dryer is a huge plus especially when you travel with a kid! Everything was just perfect,updated and clean! Hoping to return again soon!

This whole property is very well-maintained and the unit itself was beautifully decorated! We never had to worry about having a spot or a chair on the beach-we had so much space and the chairs were available to pull out to any space we wanted. The casuarina trees in front of the property were beautiful and provided shade on the beach if we started to feel like we had too much sun! Everyone working here was also very friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here if coming to Grand Cayman!

This unit is interior corner location with fantastic access to 7 Mile Beach, stunning views, very clean and updated. Every morning was coffee on the patio with open access/view to the ocean.
Ashley in the office was great to work with from the start of the booking process to the moment we arrived and then ultimately our departure.
Close to several wonderful restaurants, walking distance to liquor store and easy walk (10 min) to grocery store (or quick cab).
Great WiFi and cable television.

This was our second visit to the Islands Club, a lovely and well-maintained property on what must be the most beautiful beach ever. This is our second visit to The Islands Club. Both times, our experience was wonderful. I am alomost hestitant to praise this place too much, as part of the reason it is so perfect is the low key feel of the place and lack of crowds. Perfect beach, not crowded, nice shade trees, quiet. Nice snorkeling right out from the condominium complex. Comfortable condo unit with everything you need to make your stay complete. As we came in on a Sunday (grocery stores are closed that day), the staff was able go to the store for us on Saturday before we arrived to get a few items for us. I can't say enough good things about this place!

We had booked the apartment for a week, but due to bad weather our flight was delayed. We arrived a day late and the Island Club did not charge us for the missed day. That was a very pleasing surprise.The apartment was very nicely furnished and we had no complains whatsoever about any part of our stay. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything one could need, everything worked and the staff was efficient and very nice.It is just the best spot on 7 Mile Beach to stay.

It has been our extreme pleasure to return to The Islands Club Unit 19 over the years-- it's like coming home to paradise. The two story condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with several recent upgrades. The Islands Club management and friendly staff make our visit special each year. The location is great and is near many fine restaurants and several shopping centers. In our opinion, the beach at the Islands Club in the best on Seven Mile Beach. Our fondest memories are watching the sunset each night. What we like least is leaving this beautiful island on our last day. Nothing beats the Grand Cayman Island.

The house was perfect, the service excellent and beach and water were wonderful. The only complaint I have was the maintenance work in some of the appartments with heavy noise and the gardening and beach cleaning with noisy air blow machines. Besides this everything was perfect and we will come back for another stay with friends.

The Islands Club has always been a favorite of my family. It is on the nicest part of the beach and not a ton of units to make the beach crowded. I was a little disappointed that after years of staying at the Islands club, we weren't given the opportunity to have a preference staying (after the owners, of course). When we tried to book after our 2 weeks stay, it was already booked for the following year, when we booked less than a year for this trip.

We like the condo but the beach was to die for! Hope they never get rid of this 2 level condo development which is beginning to look like the only one left! The others are so many stories that their beaches are crowded, while this beach was heaven! Others would stop on our beach because it was the nicest.

My wife and I booked our stay at The Islands club last minute. We could not be more impressed with the facility, Beach, location, and staff. Even when things popped up (tree trimming) the staff bent over backwards to make everything seamless and smooth. The beach was great, very few people, clean, and somewhere we would certainly stay again. The housecleaning staff did an amazing job as well. No complaints at all. Safe, well lit parking lot, and close to amenities and restaurants.

upon arrival to the island club Angela greeted us and we proceeded across the parking lot to our condo. We arrived 2 days after the hurricane and the ground and beach were well maintained. The condo was nicely decorated and well stocked. We walked over to fosters and picked up groceries. In the future I would have them delivered.
The walk out patio to the beach was absolutely beautiful. I walked the beach past Marriott, VOG, Westin and kimpton every day and the beach in front of islands club far exceeded any other location.
We walked to lunch and dinner - casa 43, Luca , blue cilantro , lone star , ragazzi, and saltwater grill.

The unit is lovely with an amazing view. The best feature is the large upstairs patio. I woke every morning with delight to do my sun salutations. Also, the screened patio allowed me to sleep with the door open to hear the sounds of the ocean. My only dissatisfaction is with the mattress in the master bedroom. Towards the end of my stay, I moved to the 2nd bedroom and the mattress was much better for my back. Overall, a wonderful experience and a beautiful condo.

Highly, highly recommend this property! Excellent location on a beautiful and deep stretch of beach with private access. Recently updated unit. Small fitness center on-site. Excellent staff (Hi Angela!). Nice and quiet. Family friendly! Convenient access to groceries, restaurants, etc. The property really helped make our family's vacation special, and truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We will return, 100% sure of it.

Leave the stress of the real world behind and step into total relaxation in this luxury Oceanfront 2 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms ground floor townhouse; here you’ll have all the conveniences necessary for an easy vacation. Your slice of Paradise! This two level townhouse features a large patio off the living room on the ground floor. The patio has a retractable awning for days that you don’t need too much sun; walk from your patio onto the white powdery sand of our famous Seven Mile beach; what more can you ask for? Soak up the sun on one of our lounge chairs or go for a swim and cool off under the magnificent Casuarina trees. On our beach, there's never a shortage of chairs to lounge on, or trees to relax under. Lunchtime; put some ribs on the grill and enjoy the outdoors right there on the patio with family and friends. This townhouse is finished in Michigan Birdseye maple; the living room and kitchen were recently remodeled and is beautifully decorated in light colors complemented with blues and grays. The two level townhouse has it’s bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms upstairs, with a powder room (1/2 bath) downstairs. The Master bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the world famous Seven Mile Beach and a luxurious king size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. Both bedrooms feature en suite baths and televisions. A safe is provided in the condo for your convenience. In each of the en-suite bathrooms you have a hairdryer and you're supplied with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash and paper products. There’s also a television in the living room for entertaining; need to bring an extra person? There’s a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate them. Free Internet, local and overseas calls are available. At The Islands Club we provide our guests with daily housekeeping service, every day except Public Holidays in the Cayman Islands (this includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day & Easter). The condo has a washer and dryer for your personal use. Our housekeepers provide clean bath and beach towels each time your condo is serviced. Enjoy the ocean views right from the kitchen as the chef of the group whips up mouth watering meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Don’t feel like cooking? No worries, we are within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island. We have around 200 restaurants on Island for you to explore; this is why Cayman is known as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean. We stayed at the Islands Club and specifically unit #23 and it was as good as our previous stay last year. The unit is clean, well put together/laid out, furnished well. Great location, well kept beach, clean facility, nice parking area and gym. Staff is exceptional.

Thank you for once again taking amazing care of my visiting family! Living in Cayman myself I know what a gem this place is with the gorgeous large beaches and incredible 7 mile location. The friendly staff, thanksgiving beach bbq and beautiful clean condo were just the icing on the cake. Thank you to both Angela and Monica for a wonderful experience, we will be back again (hopefully soon!)

upon arrival to the island club Angela greeted us and we proceeded across the parking lot to our condo. We arrived 2 days after the hurricane and the ground and beach were well maintained. The condo was nicely decorated and well stocked. We walked over to fosters and picked up groceries. In the future I would have them delivered.
The walk out patio to the beach was absolutely beautiful. I walked the beach past Marriott, VOG, Westin and kimpton every day and the beach in front of islands club far exceeded any other location.
We walked to lunch and dinner - casa 43, Luca , blue cilantro , lone star , ragazzi, and saltwater grill.

My wife and I booked our stay at The Islands club last minute. We could not be more impressed with the facility, Beach, location, and staff. Even when things popped up (tree trimming) the staff bent over backwards to make everything seamless and smooth. The beach was great, very few people, clean, and somewhere we would certainly stay again. The housecleaning staff did an amazing job as well. No complaints at all. Safe, well lit parking lot, and close to amenities and restaurants.
